Membership Agreement

Article-1 :

ModaVitrini.com provides the right to membership to all those who complete the membership form completely and validly.

Article-2 :

The member cannot use his real name and surname as a member. A valid and active email address is required. The member confirms the accuracy of the information provided during registration and accepts all the results in advance due to incorrect information. He/she carries all his/her own responsibilities arising from the use of his/her e-mail address and password.

Article-3 :

The credentials of ModaVitrini.com website members are kept confidential. However, if the following conditions occur individually or collectively, ModaVitrini.com has the right to investigate and disclose the identity of the member :

In the case of a criminal complaint or official investigation request from the official authorities.

In case the Member is found to have carried out any electronic sabotage or attack that would interfere with the operation of the ModaVitrini.com website.

In the event that a member whose membership has been canceled due to the terms of Article 2 above, repeats the breach of contract as a member.

Article-4 :

Any information that a member submits to become a member of ModaVitrini.com is stored by ModaVitrini.com. This information is strictly reserved for the member's personal rights and is not shared with third parties. However, the member shall be deemed to have accepted that he / she will only share his / her information in the update areas that are accessible to him / herself and in the areas necessary for the communication with other site members.

Article-5 :

Acquiring membership rights does not mean that these rights will last forever. ModaVitrini.com does not provide any guarantee as to how long the services and membership they receive will take. ModaVitrini.com accepts all the information written by the member on the membership application is correct. We will not be liable for any technical and / or legal liability for your membership informations.

Article – 6 :

All written, pictorial, audio, graphics containing and/or any material such's rights are reserved by ModaVitrini.com. Otherwise, the site of ModaVitrini.com accepts no liability for such warnings. This shall be deemed to have been void if otherwise stated on the page and / or the material in question has been published on behalf of a natural person.

Article – 7 :

ModaVitrini.com site reserves the right to interrupt any communication, member page publication and information transfer over its own site that it believes will harm it at any time under the terms stated above.

Article – 8 :

In case of non-compliance with the above conditions, the Izmir Courts are authorized.

Article – 9 :

ModaVitrini.com has the right to change, renew or cancel any item of this agreement by sending a notice. Any individual or organization that is a member is considered to have read these articles and there is no subsequent appeal.

Article – 10 :

ModaVitrini.com site can cancel their membership as they wish. However, cancellation does not mean that the responsibility for the actions performed by such users during their membership is over.

Article – 11 :

ModaVitrini.com site 's records are considered as evidence in disputes that may arise between ModaVitrini.com and its members.
